Booked an event room to throw a birthday party and the staff from the Sales manager Kurtis to the staff helping us during our event were all absolutely wonderful. The hotel is clean the staff is friendly and I will absolutely book again!
Room is fine, it’s clean and the location is good. I’m here to talk about how the bar tender here makes one of the best old fashions. Better than many of the fancy restaurants or even bourbon bars.
This hotel has been updated and they did an amazing job. Most of the time when a hotel goes through a refresh it can be, well, subpar. Not this one. I'm very impressed with the hotel. Service was great and the location is handy.
First time here. I have stayed at 7 different Garden Inns across the country this year and this one is very nice! Had a burger and fries last night spot on! Breakfast this morning, those two ladies were on top of service and cooking. Texas hospitality! Food was hot and fresh. Very quiet, front desk helpful and engaging with greetings!
Location is convenient for getting around town. Room was clean, breakfast and dinner is good, plus staff is always friendly. HGI is my go-to when I need somewhere to stay in Abilene
The people were so pleasant. The room was clean and everything worked the way it should. The restaurant served us some great food as well. I would highly recommend staying when you are in Abilene!!
Always my go to hotel, clean spacious rooms , front desk is awesome , kitchen has great food, hotel is quite. Management has always helped me out if I needed anything. Any issues I’ve ever had , gets fixed in a timely manner. I love it here!
